Phlebotomy Program

The Phlebotomy Program is a 10-week certificate program. A new class starts each month. The program is designed to prepare students to perform venipunctures, to obtain laboratory specimens, and to function as a vital member of the clinical laboratory team. Click here for more details.

Medical Assistant Program

The Medical Assistant Program is a full-time 9-month certificate program that begins in the Fall semester (late August) and ends in the Spring Semester (late May) of the following year. The program is designed to prepare students to assist medical providers in administrative duties and basic clinical duties in an office and/or medical center. Click here for more details.

Histopathology Program

The Histopathology Program is a full-time 9-month program that begins in the Fall Semester (late August) and ends in the Spring Semester (late May) of the following year. The program is designed to prepare students in the fundamental skills, techniques, and specialized competencies needed in the field of histopathology. Click here for more details.

Cytotechnology Program

The Cytotechnology Program is a full-time 9-month program that begins in the Fall Semester (late August) and ends in the Spring Semester (late May) of the following year. The program is designed to prepare individuals with the skills to detect changes in normal cellular physiology, permitting the diagnosis of early changes seen in cancers and other diseases. Medical Technology Program

The Medical Technology Program is a full-time 9-month program that begins in the Fall Semester (late August) and ends in the Spring Semester (late May) of the following year. The program is designed to prepare students to perform clinical laboratory tests in the areas of blood bank, chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, virology, serology, endocrinology, and urinalysis. In addition, students learn to perform quality control and instrument maintenance, as well as exercise independent judgment in dealing with procedural and technical problems. English Secondary Language Program

The ESL program for those  students who are English language learners  to become proficient in academic English and prepared for their continuing education, and career readiness goals.
